I hope you're doing well. While I'm not as creative as you are, my sewing has really picked up steam since we've been in lockdown. In the past month, I've made a jacket, top, pants and will finish up a dress tomorrow. Our governor is giving some businesses the go-ahead to open on May 1, I'll be so glad to have a place to get out and go to!
Hi KimMalk, You certainly are creative, oh my. You've made all that in a month! I have not been creating much of anything lately. I did clean up/ organize my sewing room...I've been lackluster to put it mildly and rather dazed as I question everything and anything. Our lockdown in Chicago has been extended through the end of May.
Good to hear from you Valerie. I did sew a bit earlier on, some comfort clothes, things that were easy to do. And I have bought patterns on ebay... But thinking about t.h.i.n.g.s. seems to overwhelm me these days, more often than not. Time out for a kitty nap helps considerably.
Hello Pao! Have you been creating new additions to your wardrobe? I've mended a few things but that's as much as I've done with my machine. I did paint a pair of jeans through, which turned out rather well, so I have had some creative moments.
