Alright, Up Against the Wall.

Now turn around slowly...

Well, what have we here?

Okay, so how'd you get those shoes to match, lady?

What I'm Wearing, Gals:

  • Striped linen slip/ dress hand made from Tina Givens Sugar pattern with modifications
  • Striped fabric Irregular Choice shoes from ebay

Let us not forget to mention photog experts Sara and Viv X for today's shoot.  Thanks, girls.

  1. Ah- ha...a little sass with the back view. Well done Pao! The hem on the linen striped dress and THOSE shoes! Love them! You just need a stripey parasol and a beach! Now off to check out Tina Givens!

    1. I don't have a stripey parasol, but the beach is just down the street. Didn't even think of it...doh!

  2. Sara and Viv X, excellent photos of an excellent model. You are indeed under arrest, Pao, for indecent fabulousness. I love your guilty impish face in photo 2. There's no escape. Heh. I'll take care of your clothes while you're in the slammer. Heh. LOVE your new Irregular Choice shoes too.

Do you think they're too matchy-matchy?!

    1. Really they're too dainty for such an over-sized outfit, but I couldn't resist the match factor.

  7. Very sassy poses. You are learning from the best. Tina Givens should be paying you large sums of $$$$ for making her patterns look so amazing.

    1. You mean my mentor, Melanie? Yes, but I am a slow learner.

I agree about Tina, but no such luck yet. I do get a generous discount being a member though...

The top-from-the-front, dress-from-behind is fabulous, both the shape and the colour.

    1. It's not something anybody could luv...but I do, like an old fav flannel shirt...the linen is so soft and the color so soothing. Needless to say, the shape is comfy too.

  13. I was holding my breath with anticipation as you turned! Bravo!!! But what is that bit of decoration on your left shoulder???

I saw some clogs that totally made me think of you last time I was out thrifting...they had peace signs and other graffiti printed all over them. :o)

    1. I luved that faded green plaid linen top thingy, but had nothing to wear with it. And then, voila, I whipped up the striped linen underdress and one thing led to another. Now they're living together as a three-some.
