Fighting those demons with style every day.
I'm wearing a RW&B tulip jacket I just made from a scrap of vintage drapery. I made my own piping using another scrap of my own home-made drapes using some yarn for the cording. First time for that and it was so easy. Piping goes all around the edges of the jacket. Click on bold type to see details of item. Pseudo button-down skirt was refashioned to fit awhile ago. Lost and found red Doc Martens, old light blue anklets and old sheriff star pin. Oh, oh, and very old silky scarf as turban and red rhinestone $ store readers.

DeleteAhhhh, the turban! How beautifully it tops off the ensemble which is saving my evening. Along with vintage drapery at its best! The sheriff star pin makes Ms Captain America appear very official.

ReplyDeleteThe whole way you put this together is too cool. I wish I could sit down with you and see how you do this techno-art-thingy that you do so well. Telling me is useless because I won't have a clue as to what you're talking about. Oh well. I can admire from afar.
Really I'm a novice at computering, so it's not that hard. I just play around with photo shop at its most basic level and see what happens.
